| My first experience started with a rep at Sherman Oaks Fashion Mall 3 years ago and I have been a client ever since, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and so nice all while getting me the best service with my insurance needs. | Elayne, Oscar, and David were incredibly helpful with helping me set up health insurance for a family member. Started out with Linda last year to help set up my Covered CA while contracting. Most other insurance agents were ill informed about the new insurance processes. My brother's health insurance issue has been nothing but complications, and Elayne has been patient and performing miracles with the insurance company. | As a mom with a small business and growing family, I deeply appreciate the level of customer service that A+ gave me when I visited. Edita and Linda took the time to explain how the plans worked, how we could best use them to our advantage and truly gave me peace of mind over this whole health plan thing, Covered California and what to expect from my plan next year. | Wow! I am so impressed with the way that A+ Insurance handles their customers! They are organized, efficient, and motivated employees. I was just at their office and they were able to help me with everything that I needed. Truly recommended A+ if you need help with your insurance (health, life, travel, etc.). They are also covered ca certified and work with major companies to ensure that the quality of their service is up to par! | Stacy Chagolla and her team at A+ have been a miracle for me through the process of enrolling in the new healthcare system. And I, personally am one of the few categories of people who actually got the short end of the stick with the healthcare switch, (28, independent contractor, and JUST above 35k). But Stacy and A+ listened whole heartedly to my situation and were able to walk me through getting to a place where everything worked out more or less for the better in the end. I would've had to make so many sacrifices were it not for their help. I still don't understand how they can always be on the phone, constantly in contact with thousands and thousands of anxious families and individuals and still be able to give equal attention and care to me when I contact them. | Dear Stacy, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for all your help this past year with my health insurance needs. With all the changes that have happened recently in the health industry, I was feeling very overwhelmed. I was having a hard time navigating through all the mountains of paperwork that was required and getting a hold of a live person at any of the major insurance companies was a task in itself. Everyone at A+Insurance helped me beyond my expectations. I now am very happy with the health insurance that they helped me acquire and feel very secure knowing that I am fully covered.
