| Could my small business qualify for group insurance? Why of course! | I would not know where to begin. My husband was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia. At the time, I did not have adequate insurance. My friend refered me to Naama, she was very kind, professional, and gave me the best advice on which would work better for my husband. After doctors at Henry Mayo told me to call hospice that my husband will not make it. Thank God for A+ insurance. I transferred him to Cedar Sinai hospital. Immediately he was put on the right treatment and 8 years later he is still in remission enjoying his son. Call Elayne or Naama and they will take care of you family! Elayne and the A+ Insurance team were wonderful in their assistance to help my wife and I enroll in a Health Insurance Plan that made the most sense for us. | Health Ins can be a complicated and mysterious process. Naama and Elayne are amazing. They helped up select the plans that were best for our team members and the company. They are always available for the smallest of questions (and I had many). They made sure that we did not have any overlap of coverage and received our credit. No need to look further. | I just lost employer based insurance and was lost. Covered CA. said I did not qualify for any assistance but Faye called me when I was giving up and discovered they did the math wrong and I do qualify. | Elayne and Naama have been working with me to get our 2 open enrollment periods combined into 1. I really appreciate their work with this bc having 2 OE's was not fun. Some of my employees will questions or issues with their insurance because they are out-of-state and Elayne is very helpful! She will answer all their emails and give them guidance on how to best use the insurance and find doctors in their area. Original Post on 03/2018: A+ Insurance has been my company's broker for over 4 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. Elayne is amazing and is always so helpful! She handles everything and is so responsive. I never have to wait long for her to reply to a question or to take care of an enrollment or termination. In addition to Elayne there is Naama. My company has 2 OE periods back to back (one for medical, one for dental/vision) and Naama always comes to my office for both so she can answer all the questions employees have during that time. | Elayne was so great to work with and helped me get my insurance coverage quickly and effortlessly, which says a lot these days with the health insurance climate the way it is. She helped me with my health insurance coverage about a year ago when I became eligible for coverage through my employer and made the process easy and painless. | As a boutique family law firm, we weren't aware we could secure group insurance for a mere four employees. Naama came to our office and fully explained that we could have group insurance, the benefits to going that route, compared many plans, and that A+ could oversee the switch. A+ is the conduit that makes the switch from individual to group so seamless and effortless. Elayne is lovely to work with and there were numerous questions she calmly and confidently answered. You were very patient, calm and understanding with us. We were so frustrated with the process. Calling different companies in the health insurance industry and waiting for a long time on the phone and then being connected to someone who was not informed about the product. At times we felt we knew more than the company representative on the phone. Then we meet YOU and all of that changed! Thank goodness. You took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had of the process. Vanessa, it is always so helpful to speak to a company representative who is bright, knows the product, can answer all of our questions, concerns and gives excellent service like you, Vanessa. You were very patient with us. Vanessa, you did not interrupt us in the middle of our sentences!!!! Above all Vanessa, you LISTENED to what we had to say and then responded to our questions in a very calm, knowledgeable and reassuring matter. Excellent, just excellent! This gave us great confidence!
